Announcement
With one person down (as we only had one girl tonight) and only two subs, our team played hard and dominated the play for most of the game. We had lots of shots on net and were moving the ball well.
Congratulations to both Cory and Justin for splitting the shutout tonight. With the smaller nets, Cory was able to bust out his hockey goaltending skills, and Justin brought out his un-orthodox "I don’t know what I’m doing in net?" style of keeping.
A special thanks goes to Lauren who played the entire game with out a sub. We recruited Lauren all the way from China and we’re glad to have her back. Lauren don’t worry, you won’t be cut from the team, just quite yet :)
And the final shout out goes to Warren and Luke for their awesome play upfront. They were running circles around the other team, and Warren set Luke up for a beautiful game winning goal. Great job guys! Just need to work on your celebration hugs and not breaking eachother’s ribs.
